ABOUT THE JOB (ESL)

We are seeking passionate, motivated, and fully qualified English language teachers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and effective English lessons to primary students, following the school’s integrated curriculum, which emphasizes English proficiency, communication skills, and cross-curricular learning. Applicants should have relevant experience in teaching young learners, a strong understanding of child-centered methodologies, and a commitment to creating an inclusive, positive, and inspiring learning environment. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Teaching: Deliver up to 20 hours of face-to-face classes per week, following the school’s integrated curriculum.

- Working Hours: Be present at school 7:45am to 4:15pm, Monday to Friday.

- Lesson Planning: Prepare and adapt lessons, materials, and activities to meet students’ diverse learning needs.

- Classroom Environment: Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere with clear expectations.

- Assessment: Conduct regular formative and summative assessments, and provide clear feedback to students.

- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and parents to support student progress and well-being.

- Professional Duties: Attend meetings, school events, and participate in professional development activities.

REQUIREMENTS

- Passion for Teaching: Demonstrated enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to professional growth.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably at the primary level.

- Creative Teaching Strategies: Ability to employ innovative and differentiated teaching methods to engage all students.

- Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive school culture.

- Cultural Awareness: Interest in working within a school that values both Vietnamese traditions and global perspectives.

- Qualification: 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject
• Professional teaching qualification (Teaching License, PGCE with QTS, or Bachelor of Education in a relevant field).

- Preference: Native English speakers are preferred.
